Our Easy Purchase Process

  • Secure the property by paying the non-refundable $249 document processing fee.
  • Choose whether you would like to pay in full or use easy owner financing

Cash Option

  1. A Purchase Agreement and New Deed will be created.
  2. The purchase agreement will be signed with Signnow.com.
  3. Once the new deed is notarized, we will provide you with evidence that the property has been deeded to you (i.e. via photo or video).
  4. Payment to occur via bank wire. Once funds are received, we will send the deed to the county for recording.
  5. Once the deed is recorded, we will send you a physical and digital closing packet with details about your land parcel, a copy of the recorded deed, etc.
  6. PLEASE NOTE: All Cash Sales are FINAL.

Easy Financing Option

  1. After the document processing fee is received, 3 documents are drafted: Promissory Note, Land Contract, Purchase Agreement.
  2. The documents will be signed with Signnow.com.
  3. Down payment to be paid via secure payment link. Want to put more money down than is specified in the property listing?  Just let us know!
  4. Monthly payments will start 30 days after signing.
  5. A monthly note fee of $10 and monthly property taxes (and sometimes other fees like HOA/POA fees) are included in automated payments. 
  6. We have a automated payment system, Geek Pay, where you can see your contractual documents and amortization schedule. You can also pay extra toward the property whenever you’d like!
  7. Once the principal is paid in full, we deed the property to you within 2 weeks.
