All properties held by our company can be verified with the county and have no liens or back taxes.
When can I take possession of the land?
- You may use the land recreationally as soon as your down payment is made and the contract is signed.
- However you may not alter the property in any way, or live on the land until the Loan is paid in full.
- You must abide by all county, POA, HOA regulations as applicable.
Can I pay off the property early?
Absolutely! There’s no pre-pay penalty.
